By participating in the Align & Elevate program, you acknowledge and agree that Ascent Training Co., its facilitators, coaches, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively referred to as “Ascent”) are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or outcomes that may result from your participation in the program.
Align & Elevate is an educational experience designed to support participants in gaining awareness, clarity, and tools for personal and professional growth. It is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or financial or legal advice. Participants are solely responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being, decisions, and actions before, during, and after the program.
By registering and participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and agree to hold Ascent Training Co., its facilitators, and representatives harmless from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your involvement in this program.
Confidentiality Agreement
Align & Elevate is a shared learning environment built on mutual trust, respect, and integrity. In order to maintain a safe and supportive space for authentic growth, all participants agree to the following:
Confidentiality: All personal stories, experiences, and information shared by others during the program are to be treated as strictly confidential.
No Recording: Participants may not record, reproduce, or share any portion of the program, including content, exercises, or discussions, without express written permission from Ascent Training Co.
Respectful Conduct: Participants agree to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the dignity and privacy of all attendees and to refrain from judgment, criticism, or disclosure of others’ experiences outside the program setting.
Violation of this confidentiality agreement may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
Participation in Align & Elevate constitutes your full understanding and acceptance of this disclaimer and confidentiality agreement.
