The work... that ACTUALLY WORKS!
Are you tired of programs and classes that promise change only to learn you paid for a couple of skills? Align & Elevate is the place to start when you are ready for REAL change.
Built on decades of neuroscience research and proven techniques, including neurolinguistic programming (NLP), guided visualization, mindset breakthroughs, advanced communication models, and expert-level problem-solving skills. — Align & Elevate delivers lasting change... It is the work that ACTUALLY works.
Most programs teach a specific skill-set promising a translation
to the workplace or teach how to manage emotional baggage.
What if a series of classes guided you to release baggage so you can actually step into your true potential? If that resonates,
Align & Elevate is the PERFECT place for you to begin your journey.
Agenda
What you can expect over the two-days in Align & Elevate:
Day 1:
1. Course Overview We begin by offering the framework of the course and create a shared understanding of what is to come over the weekend and how to create the most value in the two days together.
2. Understanding The Unconscious Mind We begin by exploring how the brain forms unconscious biases and automatic associations that shape perception and decision-making beneath conscious awareness. Participants examine the cognitive processes behind “pre-judging,” learning how the mind uses past experiences to rapidly categorize people and situations. The session also highlights the self-imposed limitations and norms created by internal narratives and assumptions, and how expanding these mental frameworks increases flexibility and creativity. Grounded in Jung’s iceberg analogy, the experience illustrates how the subconscious—much larger than our conscious mind—quietly drives thoughts, reactions, and behavior.
3. Exploring The Formation of Beliefs This segment examines how unconscious values shape the beliefs that drive our emotional responses, behavioral patterns, and ultimately the results we experience in life. Participants learn that altering behaviors alone does not create lasting change, because emotions are downstream effects of deeper belief systems. For meaningful and sustainable growth, it is essential to examine and revise the underlying beliefs that generate those emotions and actions. Because many core beliefs are formed in early childhood—when the brain is most impressionable—revisiting and updating these foundational patterns becomes a key pathway to transforming long-term outcomes.
4. Expert-Level Communication We begin to strengthen communication by examining how unconscious bias, past experiences, and individual learning preferences shape the way we listen and interpret information. Participants practice identifying different communication and listening styles, learning how to adapt their approach to connect more effectively with others. Through this exploration, they develop greater awareness, flexibility, and skill in understanding and responding to a wide range of perspectives.
Day 2:
1. Our Mind's Data Processor We begin Day 2 by exploring how the conscious mind filters vast amounts of information to prevent overstimulation and recognize patterns as a primal survival mechanism, and how these automatic filters shape the way we perceive and respond to others. Participants examine when these filtering processes support effective communication—and when they distort understanding—so they can engage with greater clarity, awareness, and intention.
2. The Recipe To Achieve BIG Goals We begin building a deeper bridge to the unconscious mind to enhance clarity, motivation, and follow-through on meaningful goals. Participants practice productive self-talk and creative problem-solving techniques that reveal new pathways to their biggest objectives. By refining internal language and sharpening goal clarity, they learn to align thought, emotion, and action for more consistent and powerful results.
3. Get Into Action To create lasting results, we set the foundation for action with a deeper internal inventory to identify what is and isn’t working, while also addressing both internal and external barriers that limit change. They learn the four requisites of sustainable transformation and how to move through resistance with clarity and intention. By reframing action—even imperfect action—as progress and treating failure as data to celebrate, participants build the resilience and momentum needed for meaningful growth.
